New York City restaurant grows it's produce on the Roof

A New York City restaurateur has come up with the first "rooftop to table" restaurant in the U.S. Bell Book & Candle which opened in late summer grows all of it produce on the roof of it's West Village location. Chef John Mooney uses a hydroponic system to grow these ingredients which are lowered from the roof by pulley.
