Rapper Jay-Z suing Red Sox slugger David Ortiz

NYC: Rapper Jay-Z is suing Big Papi claiming he stole the name of his 40/40 night club The notorious Yankee fan Jay-Z has locations in NYC, Atlantic City and L.A. Ortiz has opened a club in the Dominican and Jay-Z suit claims Ortiz is attempting to piggyback on the popularity of 40/40 clubs among celebrities and professional athletes.
